Heisey Glassware was made in Newark, Ohio from 1895 until 1956. For over fifty years the company manufactured beautiful, high quality glassware much of it marked with an H in a diamond. Early glassware was pressed, but the company later expanded its line to include blown pieces with etched and cut decorations. Colored items are now highly collectible. The most common colors are flamingo (pink), sahara (yellow), and moongleam (green). Cobalt and tangerine pieces are more difficult to find.
